Do not refrigerate or freeze.
The temperature range recommended for the capsules (15°C - 25°C, 58°F - 78°F) are the recommended storage conditions to maintain the capsules in the best possible state for the longest time. They should be kept in dark storage.
Short temperature excursions either way have a minor impact. However, high temperatures over prolonged periods can cause rapid deterioration of fish oils. Cold temperatures over prolonged periods of time can increase permeability of the gel and so should not be refrigerated.
The shelf life of the softgels is two years from the production date.
