When is the best time/way to take my probiotic?

We recommend taking the probiotic in the morning, and most importantly with a meal.  It is beneficial if the meal also contains some fat.  Through our research, this is when we have found the best time for the probiotic to survive the stomach acid and reach the intestines where they belong.

 

You can mix GutPro in a smoothie, or sprinkle it on some cold or lukewarm food.  We do not recommend taking it in liquids.
